At Maryam Finds Personal Shopping, we aim to provide a transparent and seamless shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Authenticity

  • We do not sell counterfeit items.
  • All products are 100% authentic and come with the original receipt when available.

All Sales Are Final

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Product Representation

  • Item colors may vary slightly due to lighting and photography.
  • Additional photos or videos can be provided upon request before purchase only.

Payments

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received.
  • A 3% fee applies to credit card payments.
  • A 7% fee applies to Tabby purchases (UAE only).
  • We are not responsible for any bank transfer fees.

Reservations

  • Short-term reservations require a 20% non-refundable deposit.
  • The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed date.
  • Failure to complete payment results in forfeiture of the deposit.

Travel Orders

  • Full payment is required in advance to secure travel orders.
  • If an item becomes unavailable, a full refund will be issued for that item only.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery fees vary depending on location, item size, and value.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

Customs & Duties

  • International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
  • We are not responsible for additional charges or delays due to customs.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Minor manufacturing imperfections
  • Wear and tear after purchase
  • Damage caused during shipping (claims must be made directly with the courier)

Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients must ensure all order details, sizes, and specifications are correct before confirming purchase.
  • Once confirmed, changes cannot be made.
